|Description:||A pleasant little south facing craggette overlooking Still Creek and the Woronora River. It offers an ok variety of short leads and top rope problems and is somewhat reminiscent of Bangor West. Many of the routes are very stop-start affairs lacking sustained sections. There are no lower-off anchors - you must belay from old carrots and trees at the top. Locals have thrown bottles off the cliff so make sure you wear sturdy shoes at the base. Kids are also not suitable as much of the crag is perched on a ledge system above a smaller cliffline.
The crag is great during summer since it doesn't get a lot of sun, but during winter it can be freezing and tends to be a little damp.
|Location:||Drive about two thirds of the way down Redman Ave in Illawong. Park opposite number 31. The cliff is located about 10m directly off the road, with descents at either end of the cliff.|
